Kayak Shop Loyalty Program: Earn Points with Every Purchase!
Sign up and start saving:

• For every 100 CZK spent, you earn 8 loyalty points.
• For every 10 EUR spent, you earn 20 loyalty points.
• 1 point = 1 CZK for future purchases of selected products.
• 1 point = 0.04 EUR for future purchases of selected products.
• Points are awarded only to registered customers.
• If you register retroactively, you can request points to be credited within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@kayak-shop.eu.

How to Earn Loyalty Points?

• Registration: Get 50 points instantly.
• Newsletter Subscription: Earn 50 additional points.
• Every Purchase: Points are credited after payment is received.

How to Redeem Loyalty Points?

• At checkout, choose the option to use accumulated points for a discount.
• In the Bonus Program, you can redeem points for gifts from a special selection.
• If you want to use points for products outside the Bonus Program, they will be exchanged at a 1:0.5 ratio (or 2:1).
• Check your current points balance anytime in the "My Account" section.

Combining Discounts and Loyalty Points

• Loyalty points cannot be combined with discount coupons in a single order.
• If you use a discount coupon, the number of points earned for that order will be adjusted.

Point Management

• A detailed overview of earned and redeemed points is available in "My Account".
• Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned.

Returns and Loyalty Points

• When returning products, earned points will be deducted from your account.

Additional Information

• Points have no cash value and cannot be converted into money.
• The program may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• In case of program abuse, participation may be suspended.
• Points cannot be used for product exchanges.
