Code: 104959Product detailed description
Enjoy minimum weight and maximum taste on the go
We have exclusively developed a pasta with a high percentage of cricket flour with our partners from the Czech company SENS. Crickets are being talked about as the superfood of the future. They are as good a source of protein as beef or fish. However, their farming is many times more environmentally friendly and their consumption is better for our health and well-being. Simply maximum energy with minimum impact on nature. The one around us and within us.
Even in the toughest conditions, you can easily eat as well as in a restaurant!
About food
The delicately spicy creamy sauce combines culinary inspirations from West African, French and Spanish cuisine. Selected chicken, cream, thyme and oregano are complemented by paprika sausage and a hint of pepper.
In addition, we added a protein penne with a proportion of cricket flour SENS to the full flavour of the rich sauce. The result is a delicious bomb that provides plenty of energy even at the most strenuous of workouts.
Composition
Chicken breast (26%), SENS pasta (25%) (semolina (80%), cricket flour (Acheta domesticus) (20%)), cream, paprika sausage (pork, salt, paprika, cumin, garlic), onion, cheeseparmesan (milk, rennet, salt), corn flour, rice flour, olive oil, salt, parsley, sweet paprika, garlic, white pepper, oregano, thyme, basil, pepper.

100% natural ingredients are the basis
You just can't make natural food without them, even if you cut yourself. We get our meat and vegetables fresh, refrigerated, from local suppliers. We don't use any semi-finished products and prepare everything honestly from scratch ourselves. Well, tell me, who has the time and inclination to deal with this during a trek or vacation?
Hand cooking according to traditional recipes
If we have the best ingredients, we must also give them the proper care. You won't find any automated production lines here. Each portion of food passes through the hands of our chefs - heartthrobs who literally play with food. Unfortunately, we also have to write that all meals are first cooked in a classic way before they are dried or sterilized. If you are now thinking that this is obvious, then unfortunately it is rather an exception today. We do all this just so you can squeal in your sleeping bag.
Finally comes high-tech preservation
We've got food ready. Well, what do we do with it now? To make it really last and keep up with you wherever you go, we're gonna have to work some magic on it. We have two spells, vacuum drying or sterilizing. What's unique about both is that the food retains its natural flavor and nutritional value, and even after X number of years it's the same as freshly cooked. We use vacuum drying for the lightest possible backpacking meals, and sterilization for meals where the pressure is not so much on low weight, but on speed of preparation.
