Product detailed description

Deer meat stewed in red wine with root vegetables. Seasoned with wild spices and currant marmalade, which gives the sauce a sweet and sour fresh taste.

Ingredients: deer meat (33 %), beef broth (water, beef and bones), root vegetables (carrots,  celery, parsnip), red wine, tomato puree (water, tomato puree, salt), onion, rapeseed oil, rice flour, corn flour, currant jam (currants, sugar, pectin), sugar, lemon, rock salt, wild spices.

Allergy information: product contains celery

Storage: Store in a dry and dark place at +1 to +30 °C. Store the opened product in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
