EXPRES MENU pork goulash 300g
One hearty portion of 300g pork shoulder in paprika sauce on onion base, which is an equivalent version of the classic goulash and as a side dish is best dumpling or bread.

• The basis of good food is fresh, high-quality meat, which is why, for example, only meat from young bulls is used for beef, which always has proof of its origin. The meat comes from Czech suppliers.
• Every morning, suppliers bring in fresh ingredients that are immediately processed for further cooking. The meat is steamed in a steamer, the sauces are prepared separately by frying onions in oil in a pan as a base, then transferring the base to a steamer, adding other ingredients according to the recipe and pouring in the drawn meat stock. A regular output check is carried out on all products cooked the previous day.
• The principle in the preparation of dishes is the use of quality ingredients without preservatives, additives and stabilizers. That is why the Express Menu uses, for example, sauerkraut directly from the producer, sterilised cucumbers without artificial sweeteners and sausages without fast salts and gluten.
• Only naturally gluten-free ingredients are used in the production of the Express Menu, which is consistently required from suppliers. The products are regularly tested in a special laboratory.
       

Ingredients:

pork shoulder (33%), beef broth (water, beef and bones), onion, rice flour, corn flour, rapeseed oil, tomato puree (water, tomato puree, salt), paprika, garlic, rock salt, marjoram, cumin, pepper.

Storage

store in a dry and dark place at +1 to +30 °C. Store the opened product in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.

Easy preparation

Our products are already fully cooked and cooked. Their preparation therefore consists only in heating (of course, they can also be eaten cold). You do not need to add any water or boil the food. The food is ready in a few minutes and can be served.
You can heat it in several ways
1. Place the sealed bag in a pot of hot water (or in a kettle) let it warm up for about 10 min and serve directly on a plate after opening.
2. Empty the bag directly into the pot (or pan) and heat for about 5 min.
3. Transfer the food from the bag to a suitable container and heat for about 3 min in the microwave.
