• AQUASURE Watersport (Wader) is a polyurethane-based adhesive for repairing neoprene and medium-weight stressed fabrics (Cordura, etc.)
• From the SEAMGRIM / AQUASURE / FREESOLE group, it has a medium viscosity, forms a layer about 1 mm thick, and the polymerized PU rubber layer is self-supporting, elastic and flexible.
• The blind is perfectly waterproof.
• It allows for free bonding and cementing as well as reconstruction of missing material up to 2 cm in diameter.
• When bonding inflatable boats and mattresses (compressed cylinders), overlapping with a patch is necessary from a strength point of view.
• AQUASURE is a suitable adhesive for gluing damaged self-inflating mattresses without charge.
• Working procedure: apply directly from the tube, set in 2 hours, polymerize to full structural strength in 12-24 hours.
• COTOL 240 or COTOL 240 HV can be used as an accelerator or at temperatures above 20°C the polymer accelerates significantly in high relative humidity environments (90-100%).
