The removable cover deck on the SEAWAVE boat prevents water from entering the boat. In addition, it offers additional easy-to-reach storage compartments that you can use for shorter or longer trips. The cockpit attaches to the inflated boat simply with Velcro. The SEAWAVE cockpit comes complete with four lightweight metal braces to help hold its shape and increase the rigidity of the cockpit and the boat itself. The cockpit also includes a plastic collar reinforcement, which can be fitted with a standard cover apron to make the boat completely watertight. The cockpit is supplied with both types of reinforcements in a resealable fabric bag.
