• The name of this series speaks for itself. SHADE products are designed to keep your body cool and protect your skin on hot summer days in or near the water. With a close fit, it hugs your body perfectly because the last thing you want to deal with when swimming is fabric bouncing all over the place. The DEW model is the latest addition to the Shade line. The fabric is now even lighter than the ULTRA and PLUSH models, doesn't absorb as much water and therefore dries faster. Although the primary purpose of the SHADE line is sun protection, the fact that it is moisture wicking and snug makes it work great as a base layer under your paddling jacket or dry suit. DEW fabric is a huge leap forward in terms of sustainability too - it's made from 100% recycled materials.

MATERIALS USED

DEW - Lightweight polyester knit with a high percentage of spandex
fibres for greater flexibility and comfort. The material is very soft and pleasant to the
touch and has an excellent ability to wick sweat away from the body. The material has a very
low water absorption which makes it dry very quickly. Provides the highest possible
uPF 50+ sun protection. The weight of the material is only 196g/m2,
the composition is 85% recycled polyester and 15% recycled spandex.
