• The nylon tunnel ensures comfort thanks to the breathability you get when you loosen it and let it down on quieter trips or warmer days. It can also be secured high on the waist with tightening elastic bands to keep water off the boat and body in rougher conditions and on colder days.
• The nylon waterproof plaque is reinforced with abrasion-resistant fabric around the edge in areas of higher wear.
• Large and easy-to-find tear-off eye for fast and safe ascent.
• Zippered mesh pocket for storing small items that are easily accessible.
• Eyelets along the front of the deck for attaching maps, carabiners, etc.
• Thanks to the built-in (but removable) implosion bar and the retractable strap that runs underneath it, the deck can be reinforced to prevent water from accumulating on it, while also creating resistance to water impact and possible splashdown in larger waves.
• Rubber around the perimeter ensures a secure and dry seal on the kayak while keeping it simple and easy to use.
