The Seabird Expedition is the longest kayak in the Expedition family with a length of 527 cm. Thanks to its dimensions and load capacity, it really deserves its name. It can carry a lot of gear and also paddlers of larger stature, making it ideal for paddlers weighing 85-105 kg.

The Seabird Expedition kayak was designed by Ingvar Ankervik, who is the fourth generation of boat builders and designers in his family and one of the oldest kayak builders in the world.

Expedition stands out with its elegant lines and modern Swedish designwhere the widest point of the kayak is at the rear of the cockpit, making it easier to paddle by holding the paddle closer to the body. The long line makes the kayak fast and stable.The kayak has four dry compartments for storing gear for a day picnic or a week-long expedition. The smallest compartment is made of soft and durable neoprene and is designed to store your mobile phone, GPS, glasses, etc.

There are bungee cords on the deck of the kayak for attaching equipment such as drinking water, spare paddle, car mattress, etc. The kayak also has ergonomic handles on the bow and stern for easy transport on land.

The cockpit of the kayak is very comfortable, wide for easy access, with padded seat and adjustable thigh rests. A new backrest adjustment system allows adjustment while driving. The thigh rests can also be adjusted by 10 centimetres in both directions.
