The XP 507 is the medium version of the Expedition series with a length of 507 cm and is best suited for riders weighing 60 kg to 95 kg.

The SeaBird Designs Expedition combines speed, stability, volume, weight and design! Few kayaks can match its versatile capabilities. One of the first things you'll notice about this kayak is its sleek lines. The Expedition's design is inspired by modern Swedish shapes - the widest point of the kayak is at the rear of the cockpit. This design makes for a more comfortable and efficient paddling experience because you can hold the paddle closer to your body.

The Expedition kayak has a long waterline, making it fast and stable. When paddling in wind and waves, you'll be surprised how easily you can handle the conditions with this kayak. The Expedition has four watertight chambers, two larger and two smaller.

The large chambers can be packed with equipment for a day picnic or even for a week-long expedition. Smaller chambers are used to store more essential equipment on the water (such as food, drinks, spare jacket, gloves, etc.).

The smallest compartment is made of soft and durable neoprene and is designed to store your mobile phone, GPS, sunglasses, etc. There are rubber straps on the front and rear deck of the kayak to hold equipment such as drinking water, a spare paddle, a car mattress, etc. The Expedition has ergonomic handles on the bow and stern for transporting the kayak on land.

The seat in the kayak is very comfortable, with a wide cockpit for easy access, a padded seat and adjustable thigh rests. The kayak also includes a new backrest adjustment system that allows you to adjust the position while sitting safely in the boat. The thigh rests can also be adjusted by 10 centimeters on both sides.

SeaBird Patong Security System Set

Most composite kayaks from SeaBird Design can use the rescue system developed by the Swedish company VKV. This system has many advantages and is versatile and user-friendly compared to other rescue equipment.

A set of floats adds stability to any kayak. The floats are easy to attach after capsizing (or beforehand if you feel out of your comfort zone). The floats allow you to paddle in rough waters without having to worry about capsizing.The SeaBird Patong Set makes it easy for the paddler to get back into the kayak, and its stability makes it easy to get out of difficult situations.

If you capsize your kayak, they can also be used for self-rescue purposes where they stabilize the kayak while you are getting back into it.

The float system can be used in many ways and on most SeaBird Design kayak models. The location behind the cockpit and the pointed shape ensure that they do not interfere with paddle movement and reduce speed by only 5%.
